At Floral Street, we want you to be completely captivated by your new fragrance; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unopened and unused products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box, ensuring the fragrance bottles are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
